Job summary

Parx Home Care is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide / CNA to deliver personalized in-home care. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, and support families in a compassionate manner.

Responsibilities include medication reminders, vital signs checks, light housework, and safe patient handling. A valid HHA/CNA certification and CPR are required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved training program for Home Health Aides or CNA license.
• A valid Home Health Aide certification.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills with clients and their families.
• Ability to safely lift and move clients using proper body mechanics.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR Certification.

Requirements
