Nest Home Care LLC in Westminster, Maryland, is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to work with patients in their homes, following one-on-one care plans. You will deliver personal care, support daily activities, and help maintain a safe, clean living environment while building trusting relationships.

The ideal candidate has completed an accredited Home Health Aide program, a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience, and holds a valid driver’s license and CPR

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aid program.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One-year prior professional experience.
• Driver’s license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with daily activities (getting in/out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or cars).
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or personal care.
• Maintain records of patient care and report observations to supervisor.
• Build relationships with patients through conversation or reading aloud to keep them mentally engaged.
• Administer medications and immunizations as directed.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.
