Job summary

CONFIDENT CARE LLC is seeking a Home Health Aide to deliver one-on-one care in patient homes. You will follow personalized care plans, support daily activities, and build trusting relationships with patients while maintaining safety and dignity.

Ideal candidates have completed a Home Health Aide program, hold a high school diploma or GED, and bring CPR certification. A driver’s license and at least one year of professional experience are preferred to coordinate appointments and transport as

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year prior professional experience.
• Driver’s license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Give medications and take clients to medical appointments
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities
• Take clients for outdoor activities
