Qualificações

• Current CNA license in good standing.
• Maryland Home Health Aide license required.
• CPR Certificate necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a must.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing and dressing.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation and activities.
• Respond promptly to residents' care requests.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions.
• Complete all documentation as requested.
• Prepare and serve meals, assisting with eating.
• Maintain cleanliness in residents' living spaces.
