Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to service Private Duty In-Home Care in Albion, MI. If you believe in honoring patient preferences, you are the match we seek.

Responsibilities include providing in-home health care, assisting with daily tasks, transporting patients to appointments, and monitoring health while offering emotional support. Flexible hours available, including PRN, PT, FT positions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients' residences.
• Perform domestic and household tasks as needed.
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors or hospital visits.
• Administer simple prescribed medications as directed.
• Assist with clients' personal care activities.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes.
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
