Job summary
Demand Home Care LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caregiving team in Michigan. You will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, support hygiene, and communicate with nurses and doctors to ensure quality care.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and capable of advocating for patients while following health and safety guidelines. A CNA certification and high school diploma are required, with opportunities for growth and flexible
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- First aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Basic computer skills for charting and documentation.
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
- Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
- Provide adjunct patient care.
- Monitor food intake and hydration.
- Monitor vital signs.
- Collaborate with nurses and doctors.
