Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking Home Health Aide or CNA for in-home care in Michigan. Provide personal care and designated health services to maintain patients' physical and emotional well-being in a home setting. The role includes assisting with daily living activities and reporting observations to supervisors.

Required: valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, reliable transportation, and CPR certification. Preferred: 6+ months of home care experience and flexibility to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ months of home care experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.

Responsibilities

• May provide or assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care, and transfers.
• Reports observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager.
• Drives safely to home visits and complies with traffic regulations.
