Job summary

Caretenders, a member of the LHC Group and part of the Optum family, is hiring Home Health Aides and CNAs to provide in-home personal care and health-related services to patients in Needham, Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.
• Ability to serve clients regardless of background.
• 6+ months of home care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and designated health-related services.
• Assist with activities of daily living and basic hygiene.
• Report observations to supervisor.
• Drive to client homes and maintain safe transportation.
• Support clients with household tasks essential to personal care.
