Qualifications

• Successful completion of a nursing assistant/home health aide training program as applicable.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.
• CPR certification and First Aid training as applicable per state regulations.
• Meet background check requirements and complete Maxim orientations and exams with 80% or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care activities (showering, bathing, dressing).
• Record temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when ordered.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and transfers using devices as applicable.
• Support range of motion exercises and basic procedures as directed.
