You will work under state and federal regulations, complete Maxim's competency program, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant/home health aide training and regulatory compliance.
• Completion of Maxim Clinical Competency Program with 80%+.
• CPR certification and First Aid as required by state regulations.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) as ordered.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of transfer devices.
• Support with range of motion exercises and simple therapeutic activities as ordered.
