Maxim Healthcare is hiring a CNA to work with patients in the comfort of their own home. The role involves assisting with personal care, taking vitals, and helping with mobility in a home setting.

Qualified applicants will have a CNA/HHA certification and must complete Maxim’s competency program with a score of 80% or higher, plus CPR/First Aid as required. 18+ years of age and background checks are required.

Qualificações

• Nursing assistant/home health aide certification or equivalent.
• Complete Maxim Clinical Competency Program with 80%+ score.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care activities (showering, dressing, etc).
• Take and record temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as ordered.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, transfers, and use of transfer devices as applicable.
• Support range of motion and simple procedures as directed.
