Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care for patients, ensuring comfort and safety in their own homes. The role includes monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and supporting mobility as needed.

You will complete Maxim’s competency programs, follow state guidelines, and document care with accuracy while delivering compassionate, professional service in a home health setting.

Qualifikationen

• Completed nursing assistant/home health aide training per state/federal rules.
• Complete Maxim Clinical Competency Program with ≥80%.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care.
• Meets Maxim and state background investigation requirements.
• Current CPR certification and First Aid training per state regulations.
• Complete Maxim orientations/trainings with ≥80%.

Aufgaben

• Assist with personal care activities (showering, bathing, dressing).
• Take and record temperatures, pulse, respiration, blood pressure when ordered.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, transfers and mobility devices.
• Assist with ROM exercises and simple procedures as directed by therapy.
