Job summary

Express Home & Renal Healthcare seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide (CNA/HHA) to provide in-home care under the supervision of a nurse/RN.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Active license to practice in Maryland.
• At least one year of current experience.
• CPR for HealthCare Workers or BLS certification.
• HIPAA regulations training and confidentiality maintained.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the RN supervisor.
• Provide housekeeping, laundry, meals and errands for patients.
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Obtain and record vital signs every shift.
• Educate patients and families on use of cane/walker and safety.
• Document patient activities per agency policy.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment following asepsis and dietary standards.

Education
