Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients in home settings in Missouri. Earn an hourly wage of $15.00–$17.50 with a $250 sign-on bonus after completing 150 hours and 90 days of employment.

Daily pay options are available, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401K match. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least six months of experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift stand bend and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments.
