Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients at home in Missouri. Earn $15.00–$17.50 per hour with a $250 sign-on bonus after 150 hours and 90 days of employment.

Daily pay options are available and training is provided to support growth within the role. You will assess needs, assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, transfers, meals, and daily housekeeping, while ensuring safety and dignity for each client.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and assistance with mobility and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments (when applicable).
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
