Job summary

Elara Caring in Missouri is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide compassionate in-home support, including bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, meals, and companionship. Earn $15.25–$17.75 per hour with daily pay options and a $250 sign-on bonus after 150 hours and 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of caregiving or personal care experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client
