Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients in their homes across Missouri. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care, including bathing, grooming, and daily living activities, with a focus on safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Six months of caregiving experience required (elderly or disabled).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
