Elara Caring is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) in Missouri to provide essential in-home support. The role offers an $250 sign-on bonus after 150 hours and 90 days of employment, plus an hourly range of $15.25 to $17.75.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least six months of experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals required (professional or personal).
• Compassionate, patient, dependable personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable).
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
