Home Instead in Columbus and surrounding areas is seeking a dedicated Home Caregiver to provide companionship and personal care. You will assist with daily activities, meals, and light housework, while building meaningful relationships with clients.

The role features steady hours, weekly pay, and benefits where eligible. Training and ongoing support are provided through a collaborative team and a user-friendly mobile app for updates and scheduling.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

Responsabilidades

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
