Job summary

Honor is looking for a Home Caregiver in Westerville, Ohio to provide support and companionship to clients. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $15.00-$16.50 per hour along with benefits including paid training and sick leave accrual. The ideal candidate should have caregiving experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work consistent shifts.

As a caregiver, you will assist with meal prep, personal care, and building strong relationships with clients. Honor supports its caregivers with 24/7 assistance and a mobile app to help manage schedules and earnings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide personal care services including grooming and bathing.
