Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a caring caregiver to build meaningful relationships with seniors. You will provide companionship, assist with meals, light housekeeping, and personal care such as grooming and bathing. A flexible schedule with at least two weekly visits helps ensure consistent care and strong client bonds.

Eligible candidates benefit from 24/7 office support, caregiver technology, weekly pay, and opportunities to learn and grow within the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family).
• Have basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Be able to provide two professional references and meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
