PrimeCare Home Care Services is an in-home care provider delivering quality services in the community. Caregivers assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and provide companionship to clients in their homes, guided by individualized care plans.

Formación

• Experience in home health care as a Personal care Assistant.
• Excellent customer service and attention to client needs.
• TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray (Within 30 Days)
• Must have Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Can pass a background check and provide references.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out assigned tasks on clients and follow care plans.
• Help clients maintain personal hygiene and assist with activities of daily living.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned (BP, temp, respiration).
• Provide companionship to the client.
• Communicate observations to supervisor.
