Job summary

Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home in Hinsdale, IL. You will provide non-medical care, assistance with mobility, personal hygiene, meals, light housekeeping, and accompany clients to appointments.

Training is provided and pay is weekly with flexible hours. We require at least 1 year of home care experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience.
• Adhere to health and safety standards.
• Housekeeping and cooking with dietary awareness.
• Respectful and compassionate bedside manner.
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Physical endurance for tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help with physical therapy and exercises.
• Shop for or accompany clients while shopping.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to the Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly in emergencies.
• Follow the care plan.
