Always Best Care Chicagoland is seeking compassionate caregivers for in-home non-medical care in the Wheaton, IL area. You will support seniors with daily activities, mobility, and personal care to help them stay safe at home.

We offer paid training, weekly pay, benefits, and a flexible schedule. Prior home care experience and a valid driver's license are preferred, with dependable, respectful service as a core requirement.

Qualifications

• Previous home care experience of 1+ years.
• Driver license required.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders for clients.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support physical therapy and prescribed exercises.
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator.
• Respond quickly in emergencies.
• Follow the care plan.
