Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team in Jamison, PA. We support elderly and disabled Participants with compassionate, respectful home care and offer flexible schedules, training via mobile app, and Zoom interviews.

We provide opportunities for part-time or full-time roles, with a strong focus on safety, dignity, and quality care in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Care for Participants and their property with dignity, patience, compassion and respect.
• Provide light housekeeping, run errands or transportation as needed.
• Assist with medications and accompany clients to appointments.
• Prepare meals and provide personal care such as bathing and grooming.
• Offer companionship and stimulate conversations.
