Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our compassionate team in the Lehigh Valley. You will assist elderly and disabled participants with daily living activities, ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Criminal Background report required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Care for Participants with dignity, patience, compassion and respect.
• Home assistance – light housekeeping, errands, or transportation as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist/reminders with medications.
• Provide personal services such as toileting, bathing, feeding and grooming.
• Provide companionship and conversation to stimulate, encourage and aid the individual.
