Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team. This role provides light home care, companionship, and personal assistance to participants with various needs, ensuring dignity and safety.

You will support activities of daily living, transportation, meal prep, and medication reminders, with flexible schedules and both part-time or full-time options. Join a company with 40+ years of experience, onboarding via mobile app, and opportunities for ongoing education and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for (sometimes) a long period of time

Responsibilities

• Home assistance: light housekeeping, errands, transportation, accompany to appointments and remind with medications
• Personal services: meals, shopping, grooming, toileting, bathing
• Companionship: provide conversation, support and engagement with clients
