Interim HealthCare Inc. in Beech Creek, PA is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Caregiver to help seniors live safely at home. You’ll provide daily living support, companionship, and reliable personal care, enabling patients to remain independent at home.

The position offers competitive pay ($12.00–$17.00 per hour, experience-based), flexible scheduling, online training with CEU credits, and benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k).

Formación

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in PA.
• Six months of experience in a healthcare role preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meals, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document client condition for supervisor.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Engage clients in activities like puzzles, reading, and hobbies.
