Interim HealthCare of North Central Pennsylvania in Mechanicsburg is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Caregiver to help seniors live safely at home with dignity. You’ll provide essential personal care, companionship, and daily support, with a focus on respect, safety, and consistent communication.

Formación

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and PA Home Care Aide registration.
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid PA driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meals, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
