Nightingale Respite Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team and provide compassionate, non-medical homecare to our aging population in Tennessee. Flexible scheduling and top pay with weekly direct deposit help support caregivers in balancing personal needs with professional commitment.

Formación

• Must have 18+ years old
• Must be able to pass a background check
• 1 year caregiver experience in health care or home care setting
• Valid driver's license/state ID and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Adequate physical endurance

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform housekeeping tasks
• Assist clients with transfers and ambulation using canes, walkers, wheelchairs or Hoyer lifts
• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Plan, prepare and serve meals with client input
• Assist with toileting including bedpan or toilet
• Report unusual events to administrator
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies
• Complete other duties per Client Service Plan
