Job summary

Nightingale Respite Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in Johnson City, TN to deliver quality non-medical homecare to our aging population. Flexible scheduling with top pay and weekly direct deposit awaits, along with health benefits and a supportive team. Onboarding is fast and online training is available.

The role involves providing companionship, assistance with daily activities, and ensuring client safety in line with individual care plans. Shifts vary Sunday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year caregiver experience in health care or homecare setting.
• Valid driver’s license/state ID and reliable daily transportation.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Assist clients with transfers and ambulation using cane, walker, wheelchair, or Hoyer Lift as needed.
• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
