Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking a compassionate Non-Medical Caregiver to support seniors in their own homes in Westminster, CO. You will help with daily living activities, companionship, and safety while respecting each client’s care plan.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, mobility support, errands, meal prep and emotional support. Reliable transportation and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle preferred but not required).
• Ability to pass Colorado background checks (CBI and CAPS).
• Caregiving experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe home.
• Mobility assistance and fall prevention.
• Shopping and errands including groceries and medications.
• Meal preparation and hydration reminders.
• Emotional support and friendly companionship.
