Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Must be very reliable.
• Must be willing to work full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders for clients.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility at home and during appointments.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients with physical therapy exercises and home activities.
• Run errands or accompany clients to shopping.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator and follow care plan.
• Respond quickly in emergencies.
