Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home in Hillside, IL. You will provide non-medical support, reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, light housework, and meal prep.

Training is offered, and schedules include full-time or part-time shifts. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of home care experience, a valid driver’s license, and a strong work ethic with excellent communication and time-management skills.

Formación

• 1+ year of home care experience (preferred)
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Reliable, compassionate, and respectful with good bedside manner

Responsabilidades

• Provide medication reminders and support
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility
• Help with personal care and hygiene
• Support clients with therapy exercises and activities
• Run errands or accompany clients for shopping
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator
• Respond promptly in emergencies
• Follow individualized care plans
