Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home. You will support mobility, personal care, meals, and daily activities with a caring, respectful approach.

We offer paid training, weekly pay, flexible hours, and benefits including health insurance. Prior home care experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required. Work location is Berkeley, IL with full-time or part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience required.
• Willingness to follow health and safety standards.
• Able to perform housekeeping and meal preparation with dietary awareness.
• Respectful, compassionate bedside manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in the USA and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist clients with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises as prescribed.
• Shop for or accompany clients shopping if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator and follow care plans.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
