Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and follow care plans.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and assist with ambulation and mobility.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene and daily activities.
• Support clients with routine exercises and physical therapy as prescribed.
• Run errands, accompany clients to appointments, and assist with shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation per care plan.
• Report incidents to the Care Coordinator and follow safety protocols.
