Job summary

One You Love Homecare Windermere in Phoenix, AZ is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, helping maintain independence and dignity.

Caregivers will offer companionship, personal care support, help with daily living activities, and light housekeeping, with training and flexible scheduling to meet client needs. Compensation is $20.00 per hour, and must have reliable transportation and be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving or home care is a plus.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance (if required for client transport).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
