SYNERGY HomeCare of Central IL is seeking caregivers to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. You will provide personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, transportation, and tailored care to meet individual needs.

No experience is required, but a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a background check are required. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for growth with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have valid auto insurance.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Background check through IDPH or local equivalent.
• Experience not required but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
