SYNERGY HomeCare of Central IL is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides. You will support clients at home with personal care, meals, medication reminders, companionship, and transportation to appointments.

Qualifications

• A compassionate heart and a helping spirit.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
• Clear communication and the ability to help clients physically.
• Experience is a plus— but if you're new, we'll train you!

Responsibilities

• Assist with Personal Care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Transport to appointments and errands.
• Specialized care per client needs (training provided).
