Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Central IL is seeking compassionate caregivers to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. You’ll perform personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and provide companionship to support well‑being.

No prior experience necessary; training is provided. You’ll need a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle. Background checks are required. Hourly pay ranges from $15 to $40, depending on client needs and shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid auto insurance.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Background check through IDPH.
• Experience not required but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and companionship.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Offer emotional support and safe, positive interaction.
• Provide specialized care as needed (training provided).
