SYNERGY HomeCare of Central IL is seeking compassionate caregivers to help clients stay safe and independent in their own homes. You will provide personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship while supporting clients’ daily routines.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekend on-call opportunities, and benefits like health/dental/vision coverage, paid leave, and incentive programs. Prior experience isn’t required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid auto insurance.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Complete a background check through IDPH.
• Experience not required but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
