Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care in Colorado is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support in clients' homes. You will help with mobility, meals, medication reminders, and household tasks while ensuring safety and dignity.

We value dependable, caring individuals; bilingual candidates are encouraged. Flexible scheduling includes part-time and full-time roles, with weekly pay coming soon and a collaborative team behind you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
