Flat Irons Flex Care in Colorado is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. You will provide personalized in-home care, focusing on each client’s needs, preferences, and overall well‑being.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meals, and mobility, plus reminders for medications and social engagement. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, growth opportunities, and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Assist with medication reminders and medication administration as prescribed.
• Engage clients in conversation and activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
