Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home personal care and companionship in Colorado. You will assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, mobility support, and medication reminders to improve clients’ quality of life.

We offer flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time opportunities, and ongoing support from a collaborative team. Weekly pay is coming soon and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Offer companionship and activities to encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
