Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) in Fredericktown, Missouri. Earn $15.00-$17.50 per hour with a $250 sign-on bonus and daily pay options, while helping clients maintain dignity and independence.

Provide personal care, mobility support, meals, housekeeping, companionship, and transportation to appointments. Requires a HS diploma or GED and at least six months of care experience; strong communication and dependable transportation are essential.

As a Caregiver, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
