Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience.
• Willingness to follow health and safety standards.
• Housekeeping and cooking with dietary awareness.
• Respectful and compassionate with good bedside manner.
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Reliable and flexible for full-time or part-time work.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility to appointments, walks, etc.
• Support personal care and hygiene.
• Encourage and assist with physical therapy and exercises.
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Report unusual incidents to Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Follow the Care plan.
