Ideal candidates have 1+ year of home care experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to high-quality, respectful care. This in-person role supports clients across DuPage, Will, and Cook counties with full-time or part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Caregiver position requires 1+ year of home care experience.
• Must adhere to health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary awareness.
• Be respectful, compassionate with good bedside manner.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility, accompanying to appointments and activities.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support clients with physical therapy exercises.
• Run errands or accompany shopping as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator and follow care plans.
• Respond quickly in emergencies.
