Qualifications

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role.
• Strong customer service and attention to client needs.
• Must have HHA or PCA certification and in-person BLS training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks per Clients Care Plans and assist with daily living activities.
• Help clients maintain personal hygiene and monitor vital signs.
• Provide companionship and observe client wellbeing, reporting changes to the supervisor.
• Demonstrate empathy, kindness, and reliability in all interactions.
