• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong empathy, professionalism, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional B2C cold calls to prospective private-pay clients and families.
• Speak confidently and compassionately with adult children, family caregivers, and elderly clients.
• Identify potential home care needs and qualify prospects based on their situation, timeline, and care requirements.
• Educate prospects about services such as home care, CNA support, medication assistance, companionship, and nursing-related care coordination.
• Follow up consistently with qualified prospects and help move opportunities through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate call notes, prospect information, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Support relationship-building with physicians, clinics, discharge planners, and other healthcare providers when referrals may be generated.
