Job summary

Senior Helpers in Baltimore & Central Maryland seeks a Client Care Coordinator to own client relationships from inquiry through enrollment and ongoing service. This hands-on, office-based role blends compassionate client service, consultative sales and disciplined follow-through.

You will coordinate with scheduling, nursing and caregivers, perform non-clinical assessments and guide families through care planning, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, admissions, care coordination, consultative sales or account management.
• Demonstrated ability to assess needs, present solutions, guide decisions, manage relationships and resolve concerns.
• Experience working with seniors and families preferred.
• Comfort discussing service options and pricing with ownership of client experience and business results.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and follow-through with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up through enrollment and start of care.
• Conduct non-clinical assessments in homes, facilities, or approved settings.
• Recommend services, schedules and hours; present options and guide enrollment.
